We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing everything from material receipt and shipment to haulage partners and industrial relations.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or building materials. You will also possess proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
You will be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of challenging established processes to drive improvement. Proficient in MS Office and SAP (or equivalent systems); knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
About the Role:
