Site Quality Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced quality professional to join our team as a Site Quality Manager. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing quality systems within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, driving process optimisation, and ensuring compliance with customer codes of practice, legislation, and international standards.
This position requires effective leadership skills, with the ability to positively influence people from all departments and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the quality system, ensuring that all customer audits, requirements, and procedures are reviewed in relation to any new product development or process changes.
To be successful in this role, you will require a diploma or equivalent in a science, technology, engineering-related discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment at a management level.
