As well as helping you learn the business from the ground up, our training programme is designed to help you expand and develop your problem solving and business management skills.Think you have what it takes to join the Lidl team?IT SystemsThe IT Department is responsible for Lidl’s Information Technology systems and processes, throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. We provide a high-quality service that supports and enhances the business wherever IT systems are used. An essential element of our role is to ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure. The optimisation of business processes and deploying cost efficient and sustainable IT systems is also important to us. We implement IT requirements using a professional project management approach and meet company and industry standards at the highest possible level. Our strong team of highly motivated specialists as well as IT all-rounders provides IT support for end users in our stores, in our regional distribution centres and in our Head Office. We maintain and develop Lidl’s standard server, client and network infrastructure and also look after a number of specialised corporate applications in the retail context.
