On behalf our client we are hiring a Temporary Receptionist for holiday cover based in Cherrywood, Dublin.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling email correspondence Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented This role would require a car as the location is remote.
Dates needed for cover are: Friday May 9th Friday May 30th July 30th & 31st & August 1st, 5th & 6th.
