Finance Partner Role
The position we are looking to fill is a strategic and pivotal role within the finance team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be expected to provide financial guidance and support to department heads.
* Strategic Advisory: You will work closely with department heads to provide financial rigor and insight into commercial decision-making processes.
You must have experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG. A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management is also essential for this role.
Ideal Profile:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
* Manufacturing/FMCG industry background preferred
