The Chef de Partie will be instrumental in the operational management of a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in upholding consistently premium standards. You will take command of your designated station, guaranteeing quality execution, visual appeal, and service excellence throughout all service periods. The kitchen functions with a committed team comprising 5 chefs and 2 Kitchen Porters, cultivating a cooperative and professional atmosphere.
