Contracts Manager
Main Contractor - Dublin West
* Tier 2 Contractor
* Excellent salary, up to €120k basic, along with benefits including bonus structure on offer
* Overseeing high profile projects in Dublin City & the Greater Dublin Area
* Good all round experience required but experience working on Educational projects & dealing with the dept of education desirable, though not essential

As a Contracts Manager, you will join strong Tier 2 construction firm with a strong pipeline of work at present, mainly in the Dublin region. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing & delivering 2/3 medium/large scale construction Educational projects concurrently.

You will need:
* 5+ years of construction experience at Contract Manager level
* Ambition, drive and a passion for delivering excellence
* Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects
* Good experience & knowledge of working within the Leinster region
* A strong network of client and supply chain contacts throughout Local area
