Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Junior Quantity Surveyor for a Client who have the next 5 years of large scale MEP projects in Dublin.
With the huge demand of large scale MEP facilities, our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Dublin.
The company has recently stepped to Tier 1 status, making a name for themselves in Dublin taking on multiple multi-million projects.
They are looking for an Junior Quantity Surveyor to work on large scale projects in the Dublin worth a minimum of €5M.
After a rapid growth in recent years, they are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor who has extensive knowledge in the electrical idustry to help on a wide variety of unique projects.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Considerable experience in Irish Contracting
Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
Considerable experience in main contracting
Vast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
Knowledge of MEP sector and the reasons for certain projects
Extensive experience in Electrical Surveying
