Kitchen Porter
to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.
Role Overview:
As a
Kitchen Porter
, reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, supporting the wider kitchen team to uphold a smooth operation. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key to keeping everything running efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean and well-organised
* Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required
* Follow all HACCP regulations
* Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
* Assist with other duties as required
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Conversational English
* Team Player with a positive attitude
* Enjoy working in busy environments
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, 5 days across 7 is essential
