Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing labour forces and specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate site labour forces and specialist subcontractors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
* Assist the project team in monitoring progress against agreed programme targets, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues.
* Ensure that all works meet the required quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with supply chain partners and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in main contractor roles, preferably in large-scale structural, external, and groundwork projects.
* Third-level qualification or trades background, coupled with excellent knowledge of relevant trades.
* Proficiency in Microsoft software and other IT systems, enabling efficient data management and communication.
