Beauty Advisor Overview
The Beauty Advisor's main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer‑first approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
* Work as one team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently
* Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
* Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
* Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team
* Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors
* Fully embrace the team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal
* Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment
* Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and share with the team
* Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
