Business Development Lead
The Business Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the commercial management of projects, ensuring that all aspects are properly managed and controlled.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of commercial services for tendering and projects.
* Prepare timely internal reporting, including monthly cash flow forecasts.
* Monitor project costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline with commercial experience.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior QS.
* Civil engineering sector experience is advantageous.
