The role of the?
Transport Coordinator?
performs a variety of functions that support the service delivery and operations of airline catering to the customers.
This role ensures the operational team has adequate support to work efficiently and within set timeframes.

A key function of this role is the efficient and accurate receipt and distribution of all airline and airport information.
They will drive dnatas ambition by focusing on procedural, planning and development initiatives in terms of Security, Health & Safety, Air Safety and HACCP.
The Responsibilities: Print the labels and check the daily tags against the packing labels while staging the product Monitor all?
dnata?
operations?
incoming emails, respond promptly to phone calls and correspondence relevant to the department and airline (e-mail, letters, packages) Ensure?
daily information from customers?
has been timely received Relay relevant information / updates received from airlines to dnatas operation and vice versa Continually update?
excel spread sheets with?
customer passenger figures?

gather data?
capturing?
initial passenger figures, final passenger figures plus any updates to final hour for all Airline flights Print and separate galley / cart loading plans and labels accordingly?
and ensure the equipment team adhere to the updated galley /cart packing plans Report all safety incidents in Safetynet and support airside marshalling and loaders team when necessary in the servicing of aircraft.
Ensure all security declaration/ check sheets for each flight are complete and signed by loaders and all in flight equipment is serviceable on leaving the catering unit.
Develop and consolidate positive and constructive relationships with internal and external agencies (DAA, EI Ramp, M50 Garage, Dnata) etc. so as to enable informed and timely decision making and provide operational resilience.
Support HL fleet movement for maintenance, breakdown and CVRT prep.
Support the loading team on a shift by shift basis.

The Requirments Experience within a similar role, admin with the airline industry would be a distinct advantage Preferably Proficient in Office Suite - Microsoft Office / Outlook /Excel /Access Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team and on your own to solve problems Authorised to work full time in Ireland Be willing to work weekdays and weekends, on an early and late shift basis
