The Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products
* Facilitate International Central Securities Depositaries settlements in the market for products such as medium term notes, warrants, European commercial paper
* Swift payment to our international clients
* Work to meet payment and market deadlines across multiple currencies and regions.
* Create efficiency through analysis of existing process flow and streamlining the process
* Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
* Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank
* Provide informal guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members
Requirements:
* Broad International Central Securities Depositaries settlement experience
* Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products and regulatory policies
* Experience in Swift payment in multiple currencies to our international clients
