* Maintain all plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and continual manner.
* Schedule and accomplish periodic and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
* Manage goal setting, activity scheduling, and work allocation to ensure measurable goals are achieved.
* Monitor and continually improve maintenance processes and personnel performance to achieve enhanced efficiency levels.
* Coordinate with operational functions to identify potential inefficiencies or obsolete processes/technologies.
