We are seeking an enthusiastic highly motivated professional, with the ability to work on his or her own initiative, to further enhance the service we provide to our families. The successful candidate will have experience working in busy Early Years environment in a position of responsibility with a focus on high performance and achievement of strategic goals. Responsibilities
1)Be willing to work with children of various ages from babies to preschool.
2)Conduct observations & compile learning journals for your key children.
3)Co-ordinate the implementation of activities appropriate for the children's development and scaffolding their current interests.
4)Maintain room and equipment to always ensure the health and safety of children.
5)Organise materials and toys to the benefit of children throughout the day.
6) Support children's development (emotional, social, physical, and cognitive) in carrying out activities.
7)Attend meetings and undergo compulsory training and enhancing training as required.
8)Weekly activities planning with the focus being on children's emerging interests
