The role involves ensuring products are installed to company specifications, liaising with cross-functional teams on site and in the office to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

* Complete residential projects to company specifications
">
* Manage and direct multiple sub-contracted erecting teams
">
* Ensure all site works are carried out to strict timelines and high standards
">
* Record site inspections and checklists and maintain handover sheets
">
* Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project scope and challenges
">
* Log errors and omissions and formally communicate them to relevant departments
">
* Act as point of contact for clients and erecting teams on site operations and safety issues
">
* Perform hands-on quality control and address defects when required
">
* Record non-conformances promptly and resolve quickly in accordance with agreed action plans
">
* Maintain a professional, cooperative and helpful manner at all times
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Experience in site supervision
">
* First-hand knowledge of timber frame and light gauge steel products and component parts
">
* A strong technical background - engineering or carpentry preferred
">
* Construction industry knowledge and ability to liaise with other trades
">
* Knowledge of current building regulations and requirements
">
* Attention to detail
">
* Strong organisational and communication skills
">
* Strong Health and Safety direction and ability to take decisive action
">
* Full clean Irish driving licence
">
