Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management, control, and distribution of all project-related documentation. This role ensures that documents are accurate, up to date, and available to relevant stakeholders. The Document Controller supports the project team by maintaining document registers, managing version control, and ensuring compliance with internal and external document control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures for the project
* Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents
* Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and approval workflows
* Maintain document registers, transmittals, and audit trails
* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients on document submissions
* Ensure documents comply with project, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Archive and close out project documentation in line with company standards

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in business administration, information management, or a related field

Relevant experience & attributes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Proven experience in document control within a project environment
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
* Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
