The Group:
The charter of ADI’s Custom Silicon & Consumer Solutions (CSS) team is to lead the market across a range of exciting technology domains with highly differentiated sensing & signal processing and Power solutions. Today these technology areas include Capacitive Sensing, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Optical Sensing, Audio, PMIC and hybrid mixed signal/power developments which drive major growth in our portable Consumer business. With a goal to deliver sustainable growth, the CSS group will present the successful candidate with a great opportunity for continuous career development as part of a highly motivated and supportive team.
The Position:
The group is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Test Development Director to join our European team, based in Limerick, Ireland. The candidate must be self-motivated, willing to learn exciting new technologies and be able to provide strong managerial and strategic leadership to the CSS Test team, working effectively within a talented group of individuals across multiple development locations. The successful candidate will engage directly with our Tier 1 Customers.
· Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
· 10+ years of Test Development experience in the Mixed Signal and/or Power domain including supervision/management experience.
· Strong mentorship and technical leadership skills along with inter-personal and communication skills.
· Proven track record of managing commitments.
· Ability to clearly communicate strategy and priorities at all levels of an organization and across functions and disciplines.
· Experience of working with a broad range of faculties and dealing with customer issues in a timely manner.
· Be self-motivated, willing to take on responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems.
· With CSS peers and the wider Test Development community, drive for continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives.
