The 4 star Killarney Towers Hotel is currently recruiting a Commis Chef to join their culinary team, reporting to the Head Chef.
What you'll do:
* Assisting in the food preparation process.
* Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
* Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
* Assisting other Chefs.
* Helping with deliveries and restocking.
* Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations.
* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
About you:
* Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards essential.
* Experience working with kitchen equipment.
* Strong communicator and team player.
* Fluent English is an advantage.
* Candidates must have a legal right to work in Ireland.
