We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our Field Service Operations in Leixlip, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage activities for the customer site, including people management, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, and budget planning.
* Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes, empowering safety ownership, and ensuring consistent use of systems.
* Establish a culture of business growth by expanding market share and supporting business unit and system sales.
* Cultivate a leadership-driven organisation by empowering all levels to think critically, take initiative, and own outcomes.
* Develop a deep, diverse pipeline of future leaders and build strong team leads as the foundation for business growth, engagement, and customer success.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
* 7 – 10 years plus of relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
* Extensive expertise in strategic planning and business analytics.
* High-level Customer Management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others.
