About the role
An exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a company experiencing significant international expansion across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East.
As we continue to scale, the Marketing Team is embarking on the challenge of redefining the brand image, including a full website redesign, the launch of targeted global advertising campaigns, the rollout of new social media and outreach channels and the development of engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
If you have experience in social media marketing, copywriting or blog writing, content creation using Canva and strong skills in PowerPoint and internal communications, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening a company's brand identity and global presence.
What you'll do
Develop and deliver engaging content for both internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Create and distribute digital content including videos, blog articles, and physical marketing collateral to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms, monitoring performance, analysing insights and identifying opportunities to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
Support execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and content development through to launch, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment with marketing objectives.
Assist in the website redevelopment project through content reviews, workshop sessions and creative input
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into creative, effective digital marketing solutions under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Specialist.
Support event promotion, internal communications initiatives and broader brand-building activities as required.
What you'll need
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
Hands-on experience with social media marketing.
Strong copywriting skills, including creating blogs, articles or content for digital platforms.
Experience writing for a technical audience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint for internal communications.
Skilled in Canva for designing visuals, brochures, videos and other marketing materials.
Eager to learn and develop in a role – making it their own over time.
Self-starter with initiative, willing to support a variety of tasks across teams.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to working with others.
