Parts Advisor
The Dennehy family have a long-established name in the automotive industry, having been in operation for over 75 years. A multi franchise dealer, Dennehy Motor Group are the proud holders of Renault, Dacia, Fiat, Opel, Jeep, Man trucks and Isuzu in Limerick. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic, growing team. Full training will be provided for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
* Handle incoming parts inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
* Process orders and returns efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and vehicle technicians
Requirements:
* Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field desirable
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders
Working Hours:
The Parts Assistant will be required to work 39 hours per week. The working hours of this position are 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday only.
