Knockranny House Hotel are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to cover all sections in the kitchen. This role will suit an energetic individual who can work well in a team.Roles & Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food preparation and food production is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
