Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager
As a seasoned Operations Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional performance across various facilities management services. Your expertise in managing complex operations, developing strategic plans, and fostering collaboration will be essential in achieving outstanding results.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing all preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive hard service works to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will oversee direct reports, ensuring that they meet contractual requirements, and manage subcontractors effectively. Compliance with health and safety regulations is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual business objectives, plans, and budgets that align with overall business strategy
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with local and divisional stakeholders, data analysts, and other key partners
• Analyze KPI data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Benchmark performance data across similar contracts and industries to drive best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of KPI data and reports
