We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our Creative, Learning and Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning the systems, data and campaigns that help us reach the right people at the right time and turn that into real pipeline.

Alkimii is a fast‑growing Irish SaaS company transforming how hospitality businesses manage their people, property and operations. Our platform is used daily by hundreds of hotels to streamline workflows, improve communication and make better operational decisions across web and mobile. Software is at the core of everything we do.
What’s the opportunity?
This is your chance to build something that matters. You’ll own how marketing connects to sales, using modern prospecting tools, enrichment platforms and AI to identify the right accounts and build targeted lists, while also managing PPC campaigns for a broad remit.
What will you be doing?
A day in the life is varied, but here’s a taste.
Core responsibilities

Use tools such as Clay, HubSpot, FullEnrich and AI to identify target accounts and build prospect lists.
Map accounts and contacts into HubSpot and maintain high data quality.
Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and InMail.
Qualify leads against ICP and ensure smooth handover to Sales.
Implement and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
Conduct market research and contribute to competitive insights.
Join weekly catch‑ups with Marketing and Sales to review performance.
Analyse campaign and list performance and report regularly.

Expected outputs

Clean, structured and regularly updated prospect lists.
Active outbound campaigns with measurable results.
PPC campaigns live and optimised.
Clear weekly reporting on performance and lead quality.

What we expect from you

Hands‑on experience with prospecting and enrichment tools such as Clay, FullEnrich or similar.
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Experience running PPC campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, lists and campaign tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive, curious and solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work.
At least one year of experience in lead generation, growth or digital marketing.
Fluent in English.
