eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Helpdesk Engineer, this is a long-term day rate contract located in Dublin.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in an ICT helpdesk support role, 2+ years
2. Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
3. Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Teams
4. Knowledge/Experience of supporting Android (Mobile) OS devices and users
5. Knowledge/Experience of Omnissa Workspace One UEM or a similar MDM solution
6. Troubleshoot/diagnose customer technical issues and offering resolution.
7. Update and Management of Service Desk management console.
8. Provide efficient and acceptable turnaround to customers Service Requests and Incidents Reports.
9. Support colleagues, and peers including Technical and Customer Services through documentation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. To undertake ad hoc tasks from time to time as directed.
