Responsibilities: Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, including billing, profitability, and cash collection Oversee financial hygiene metrics (WIP, debt, lock-up) and ensure protocol adherence Lead budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting processes Support business case development, including lateral hires Ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting, maintaining strong financial controls Manage audit, tax compliance (VAT, partnership tax), and regulatory requirements Improve financial processes and support firm-wide initiatives Oversee cash flow and banking relationships Lead and develop the local finance team Requirements: Experience in professional services (legal sector desirable) Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Concur, Power BI preferred) Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities Team management experience Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail Skills: budgeting forecasting business partner statutory reporting WIP financial reporting financial control
