We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and networked NGO; a large membership organisation in Ireland whom provide support and assistance to the elderly community nationwide.
Your role working as a Membership Support Team Member will see you play a vital role in administering the annual membership renewals and maintaining membership records on the CRM (Salesforce).
Duties will include:
Ensure smooth running of the Helpdesk, working as part of their support team.
Communicate effectively with clients, actioning all daily calls and queries.
Ensuring information and data is accurately saved on the CRM system.
What Skills You Need
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Administration role.
Experienced in Database (Salesforce CRM) is essential.
Strong IT and financial acumen is advantageous.
Attributes of someone who is empathetic, helpful, and passionate about NGOs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay focused and work collaboratively within the team.
Ability to follow processes, maintain strong productivity and data standards.
What is on Offer
€30,000 per year.
Initial Contract until December 2025.
Extension once government funding is approved.
Dublin 7 location, fully onsite role, Monday to Friday; 9 to 5pm.
