Overview:At Abbey Blue Legal, the Digital Marketing and Content Creator will play a vital role in enhancing the company's digital visibility, producing high-quality content, and driving lead generation through data-driven creativity. This role combines creative direction with analytical insight — managing content production, organizing the marketing team, and ensuring all digital materials reflect the company's brand and vision.The ideal candidate will not only prepare monthly content scripts and manage weekly and monthly posting schedules but also actively oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from concept to publication.They will collaborate closely with team members during video shoots, support graphic design and visual production, and ensure all creative outputs meet Abbey Blue Legal's standards.This role also involves managing all aspects of content production (including designing visuals, editing videos, writing copy, and publishing posts) to ensure consistent brand quality and smooth daily social media sharing across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:Ad Campaigns & Lead GenerationPlan, create, and optimize lead-generation ad campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Manage ad budgets, analyze conversion data, and improve performance to ensure high-quality leads.When necessary, manage promotional campaigns for other team members' professional social media accounts.Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance ROI and campaign efficiency.Strategy & PlanningDevelop monthly digital marketing strategies and maintain weekly content calendars archived in Excel.Monitor market trends and adapt content strategies to current social media dynamics.Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to support business growth and development.Content Creation & ManagementWrite and develop monthly video scripts and coordinate the content production process.Plan, prepare, and publish content across all platforms six to seven days a week.Prioritize video content and their thumbnails, but also create supporting visuals such as graphics and PowerPoint presentations when needed.Organize and guide team members to ensure timely, consistent social media posting.Write engaging captions, titles, and copy for all social media channels.Graphic Design & Visual ProductionCreate videos and graphic materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.Design visuals consistent with Abbey Blue Legal's brand identity.Prepare PowerPoint presentations, brochures, posters, and other digital marketing materials if needed.Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook Groups)Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company goals.Actively support the shooting, editing, and preparation of thumbnails for video and post content.Manage daily posts across all platforms, ensuring every channel remains active and up to date.Increase audience engagement by responding to messages and building a strong online community.Email MarketingCreate, design, and manage targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and strengthen client relationships.Design landing pages and email templates consistent with brand aesthetics.Track open and conversion rates and optimize for better engagement.Analytics & ReportingUse Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools to monitor and report campaign performance.Generate regular analytical reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.Continuously improve lead generation and campaign efficiency using performance data.Brand DevelopmentMaintain and enhance Abbey Blue Legal's brand identity across all digital platforms.Coordinate production of marketing materials such as google forms, surveys, brochures, and reports.Support promotional materials for events, trade shows, and client meetings.Contribute to internal communication initiatives with engaging and creative content.Requirements:Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns via Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational, creative, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.Team-oriented mindset with hands-on involvement in content creation and editing.English proficiency and familiarity with video production and social media trends preferred.Job Type: Part-timePay: €22,074.00 per yearExpected hours: 30 per weekApplication question(s):Are you located in County Wexford?Education:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Digital Marketing : 1 year (required)Language:English (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
