This is not a narrow IC role. You will influence architecture, product direction, and how we work as a team.You will:Work across the stack using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Prisma and PostgreSQLHelp deliver intelligent, agentic operations across leasing, rent reconciliation, maintenance, compliance, and financeIntegrate with core systems, fintech providers, and industry APIsLeverage our distilled LLMs and predictive models through tools like SageMaker, Bedrock, Arcade, and other AI-native infrastructure to power smarter workflowsOwn features end to end with full autonomy from design to deploymentWe do not expect you to be familiar with all the tools we use.
