Job Description The Senior ER Partner is a key partner to the Global Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Global Employment Law Team, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team, and Global Safety & Security Team.
The ER Partner provides advice and counsel to employees, managers, leaders, and HRBPs on performance management challenges, interpersonal conflicts, conduct issues, and other employee relations matters.
They support investigations and grievance processes, ensuring thorough, neutral, and timely handling, and partner with Global Employment Law as needed.
The ER Partner identifies broader employee relations issues, collaborates cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (COEs), and recommends improvements to enhance the employee experience with consistency and compassion.
What you get to do in this role: Support the delivery of Employee Relations programs to managers and employees, acting as a first point of contact for performance concerns and maintaining the Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker.
Advise managers and HR partners on enterprise performance philosophy; provide resources, training, and guidance on best practices; coach managers on documenting feedback conversations.
Partner with HRBPs on employee interpersonal challenges, conduct issues, and leadership concerns; provide feedback, advice, and support across the enterprise.
Conduct investigations, grievance, and disciplinary processes; ensure proper documentation and provide actionable insights.
Manage and maintain the ERCM system; create and update cases, conduct audits, and analyze reports.
Improve ER processes across the enterprise to enhance the employee experience globally.
Develop and expand training materials for managers and employees; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.
Partner with the Global Employment Law team to ensure compliance with policies and local legislation.
Standardize Employee Relations processes using the ServiceNow platform and explore innovative solutions like Gen AI.
Act as a culture champion to promote high engagement levels globally.
Participate in various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications To be successful, you should have: Experience with AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
5+ years of client-facing experience in Employee Relations, including performance management and investigations.
Experience with HR ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft, Workday, Tableau.
