Job Title: Finishing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Finishing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing snag lists and carrying out minor carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete snag lists with precision and attention to detail
* Perform minor carpentry repairs and adjustments as required
* Apply touch-up painting and surface finishing techniques
* Carry out light plastering and patchwork duties
* Ensure all finishes meet client expectations
Requirements:
* Valid Safe Pass certification
* Valid Manual Handling Certificate
* Proven experience in snagging and finishing work
* Skills in carpentry, painting, and plastering
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own tools preferred
