A leading global insurance broker in Dublin is looking to hire for a commercial account executive to join their growing team in areas including Property, Liability and Motor. They have seen a lot of growth in their commercial lines side of the business and are expanding the team long term. It's a Hybrid and flexible working set up and they offer a great benefit package. The successful commercial broker will drive sales growth in numerous sectors and industries creating and generating leads from the existing database, as well as developing new prospect pipelines to ensure sales targets are met. You will process MTAs and renewals as well as dealing with claims. There is a clear progression pathway for the commercial executive to progress long term in the business and work closely with very experienced and high performing insurance brokers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate on insurance policies and terms to secure the best coverage
- Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and advising on appropriate policies
- Analyse client risks and assess needs, providing customized insurance solutions
Job Requirements:
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified
- Previous experience working for an insurer or broker
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills
