Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
We are working with a well established mid‑sized law firm currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team.
THE ROLE
You will work on high‑value complex property and infrastructure projects across Ireland, such as:
Commercial property transactions and contracts, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development.
Infrastructural and construction development projects including roads, utilities, planning and environmental matters.
Compulsory purchase matters.
THE PERSON:
The successful individual will be a qualified Solicitor in Ireland with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property and/or infrastructures (more senior candidates will also be considered).
