Customer Success Manager, German Speaking

Responsibilities
* Utilize our Customer Success Methodology to understand client goals and provide strategic recommendations.
* Develop expertise in Salesforce implementations and promote the platform's capabilities across various Clouds.
* Guide clients on organizational strategy, governance, and change management processes.
* Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge to align platform features with client priorities.
* Identify potential risks to client success and collaborate on mitigation plans.
* Create and execute comprehensive adoption plans with clear timelines and enablement strategies.
* Deliver business value by addressing key challenges and growth opportunities for clients.
* Build and maintain executive relationships within client organizations to foster trust and partnership.
* Coordinate with account teams and Salesforce executives to network effectively within client accounts.
* Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory support as needed.
* Proactively communicate updates regarding product changes, outages, and end-of-life notices.
Preferred Skills
* Deep understanding of Salesforce products and platform capabilities.
* Ability to communicate the importance of governance to both Business and IT leaders.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles is highly desirable.
* Strong ability to explain complex technological and business concepts clearly.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating curiosity and customer-centricity.
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience, including leadership, military, volunteer, or work roles.
* Understanding of retail e-commerce strategies, omnichannel integration, and digital engagement metrics.
Required Skills
* 7-10 years of relevant industry experience.
* Expertise in one or more lines of business or cloud services.
* Proven consulting skills and results-driven as a Trusted Advisor.
* Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and handle complex discussions.
