They are currently hiring a Person in Charge to lead their new disability respite house based in Johnstown, Co.
Kildare.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Respite centre for both children and adults.
Key Duties: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and service standards.
Provide overall leadership and accountability for the safe, effective operation of the service.
Safeguard residents by implementing protection policies and promptly addressing any concerns or incidents.
Oversee and review individual support plans, ensuring they are person-centred, and goal focused.
Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff, maintaining appropriate staffing levels and skills mix.
Identify and manage risks to residents, staff, and the environment through ongoing assessment.
Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care.
Relevant degree (minimum Level 8) in Social Care or a related field.
