We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to join our team as the Quality Manager.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management System (IMS), covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. They will lead audits, manage non-conformance processes and provide training and guidance to project teams.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and control, who is looking to take on a leadership position within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective quality management systems and processes
* Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards
* Manage non-conformance processes and corrective actions
* Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management principles and practices
* Maintain document control systems and records
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in a quality assurance/control role
* Minimum Level 7 qualification in business or a related field
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
* Proven experience leading audits and maintaining certifications
* Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
