HGV Mechanic We are seeking a skilled Lead Heavy Machinery Mechanic to join our clients maintenance team in Kilkenny.

The Role As Lead Heavy Machinery Mechanic, you'll oversee the inspection, servicing, and repair of a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment.
You will plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum.
You'll also provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, helping to build a strong, efficient maintenance function.
What You'll Need Proven experience as a heavy machinery mechanic Qualified HGV mechanics, Construction plant fitters, or general motor mechanics with experience of heavier plant are invited to apply Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems Hands-on expertise with diagnostics and troubleshooting tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong leadership and communication skills THE PACKAGE: Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 DOE Pension LOCATION: Kilkenny BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
