A boutique legal practice in the Dublin 2 area is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Legal Executive to join its growing team.The firm is known for its personable approach, high-quality client service and supportive working environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage conveyancing files from opening to post-completion with appropriate supervision.Draft and prepare legal documents including contracts, closing documentation and correspondence.Conduct and review property searches; prepare and manage requisitions.Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and opposing solicitors.Handle AML/KYC checks and maintain accurate file administration and case management updates.Assist with stamping, PRA registration and other post-completion steps.Ensure deadlines and key dates are tracked and met.Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the conveyancing team.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing secretary or legal executive role.Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing; commercial experience is an advantage.Excellent drafting, typing and organisational skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.Strong communication and client-service skills.Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
