Role: Service CoordinatorLocation: KildareSalary: €34-36kWe are seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator for one of our clients on Kildare. The role requires strong administrative, planning, and communication skills to ensure engineers are efficiently scheduled, customer requirements are met, and statutory inspection obligations are completed on time.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule field service engineers for inspections, maintenance, and assignmentsManage engineer diaries to maximise efficiency and utilisation.Monitor service schedules and ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes.Arrange access requirements and site-specific documentation where necessary.Act as the primary point of contact for customersRespond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Process service reports, inspection certificates, quotations, and work orders.Prepare and manage invoicing proceduresRequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative role.Strong organisational and planning skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.INCAT1
