About the Company
A leading Irish food manufacturer supplying products across local and international markets. The company focuses on high-quality food solutions, working closely with distributors to deliver products efficiently while maintaining exceptional service and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across the West of Ireland territory, primarily through self-employed distributors.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring a professional representation of the brand.
* Lead and support distributor and operational teams, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
* Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and NPD, to implement promotional campaigns and new product initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' sales experience within the food or FMCG industry.
* Proven track record in business development, account management, and revenue growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
* Full clean driving licence.
