About the Role
The IT Project Manager will work closely with product development teams and leadership to deliver strategic objectives and bring product visions to life. This role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery, improving overall effectiveness, and advising on best practices in delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Key Responsibilities
Define and support strategy development using data-driven approaches.
Lead prioritization sessions, manage dependencies, and align product roadmaps.
Develop and execute short- and long-term delivery plans.
Oversee release planning, risk mitigation, and capacity planning.
Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure effective delivery processes.
Track progress against milestones and KPIs, ensuring quality and compliance.
Promote continuous improvement and mentor teams on delivery practices.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of agile and project management methodologies.
Expertise in planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and make data-driven decisions.
