We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Support Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. A minimum level 7 QQI qualification in social care studies or equivalent in health/social care is required, along with at least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
