Were seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to help drive the specification and sales of high-performance building systems across the construction sector. About the Role You will play a key role in developing relationships with architects, consulting engineers, M&E contractors, main contractors, and end users, guiding them through innovative solutions and supporting projects from early design to contract award. The role is supported by dedicated estimating and CAD teams, your focus is on building connections, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales rather than pricing projects. Key Responsibilities Drive specification and sales of: Smoke Ventilation Systems Louvre Systems Brise Soleil Acoustic Solutions Smoke & Fire Curtains Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. Deliver clear and engaging technical presentations to clients and design teams. Participate in pre-project and design coordination meetings. Advise clients on the best fit solutions and ensure all internal departments are aligned throughout the sales cycle. Work collaboratively within a contracting and project-focused team environment. Desirable (Not Essential) Experience Training will be provided, but the following would be advantageous: Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or fire engineering. Previous sales experience in technical or engineering products within the construction industry. Experience in specification sales to architects and consulting engineers. Ability to confidently present and explain complex technical concepts. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions. Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Professional, motivated, and relationship-driven.
