We are currently looking for a dedicated farm manager to join our team in Cork.
Responsibilities:
Take an active role in the day-to-day operations of the farm
Oversee milking in a modern rotary parlour
Manage and monitor grassland to maximise productivity
Lead calf rearing and herd health programs
Ensure high standards of animal welfare and husbandry
Operate and maintain a range of farm machinery
Assist with labour coordination and daily task planning
Contribute to accurate record keeping and farm performance tracking
Work closely with the farm owner to support efficient and progressive operations
Requirements:
Must have legal eligibility to work in Ireland
Previous agricultural experience (dairy preferred) is essential
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
