Overview
Junior Supply Chain Consultant - September 2026. Kickstart your consulting career with a three-week Supply Chain Bootcamp at the beginning of September, followed by work on running projects with international exposure in industries such as life sciences, chemicals, food and beverages, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
* Start immediately in a visible, autonomous role as a project member on running value chain projects.
* Contribute to main project phases: analyze, map, and optimize existing Supply Chain and Operations processes.
* Collaborate with clients to understand needs, conduct project interviews, and participate in change initiatives within client organizations.
* Track KPIs and report insights to the project team to inform decision-making.
* Create deliverables such as project notes, guides, and training material.
* Support ongoing transformation by exploring specialisations in Technology, Process Knowledge, Data, or Change Management.
Qualifications
* Graduation before September 2026 and intent to start the career in September 2026.
* Interest in value chain transformation and how Technology, Business Processes, Data Analytics, and Change Management create solutions.

* Strong logical reasoning, resourcefulness in detailing solutions, and consideration of consequences.
* Team player who can work with limited supervision and is committed to objectives.
* Open to feedback and eager to enhance collaboration; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Hard skills: familiarity with Supply Chain Processes from a master's level program (e.g., business engineering, civil engineering—operational research, applied economics, mechanical engineering, MBA).
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness and eligibility to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
