**Job Title: Bid Co-Ordinator**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Co-Ordinator to join our team at Ratio Recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage the production process of assigned tenders and prequalification submissions, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding ongoing tenders and pre-qualifications, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Contribute technical and non-technical expertise to pre-qualification submissions, highlighting our company's capabilities and experience.
* Collaborate with designers and estimators on tender submissions, providing input on technical and non-technical aspects of projects.
* Coordinate and review inputs from various stakeholders within and outside the company, ensuring high-quality pre-qualification and tender submissions.
Essential Requirements:
* Familiarity with bid documentation processes in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics.
* Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
