This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work in County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related processes and activities.
* Design, develop, and update HR policies and practices as needed to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure the company remains compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Proactively manage employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
* Provide guidance on and manage all employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, and workplace investigations, in accordance with HR policies and legislation.
* Identify opportunities to attract and retain top talent, proposing initiatives and designing programs to drive recruitment and retention efforts.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
* Analyze and refine HR data to inform business decisions.
* Maintain and update training programs, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement.
* Ensure all personnel files are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
* Degree or certification in Human Resources.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HRBP role or similar position.
