Location:Dublin/SJRQLine of Business:Global CreditJob Function:Investor ServicesDate:Tuesday, March 31, 2026Position SummaryThe candidate will join the Portfolio & Fund Management ("PFM") Team supporting the management of the firm’s assets, financing facilities and funds. Based in Dublin, the Senior Manager will benefit from the support and experience of the PFM team, members of Carlyle Aviation senior management in Miami and Dublin, as well as on occasion to external industry professionals.ResponsibilitiesAsset AnalysisAsset-level modelling in order to determine optimal outcome for returns, including analysis of lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and salesLiaising with other departments (trading, marketing, accounting, legal, technical) for required informationOngoing maintenance of portfolio models, involving regular updates and appraisal analysisPreparation of approval memoranda for key portfolio and asset decisionsFund level modelling incorporating asset, liability, and fund-level cash flowsPreparation of cash flows to be provided to the relevant banksWorking on presentations for rating agencies and potential investors and lendersDealing with ad hoc queries and requests from the other partiesReview of all materials including offering materials and legal documentationReporting & Investor RelationsLiaising with the accounting department on monthly collectionsPreparation and/or review of the distribution waterfall, ensuring sufficient liquidity within the structure and compliance with all covenantsEquity & Board ReportingPreparation of the servicer update for the quarterly board meetingsPreparing responses to the questions from the BoardCommunicating with the equity owners of the deals to inform them of latest developments as well as regular update materialCommunications and Working RelationshipsInternal:CFOSenior Vice President, PFMDepartment HeadsExternal:Appraisal CompaniesInvestment BanksABS Managing AgentsBoard of DirectorsThird Party equity ownersQualificationsEducation & CertificatesBachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or similarProfessional Experience6 years or more of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related positionStrong mathematical and analytical backgroundExcellent communication, writing skills and attention to detailStrong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hoursSelf-starter using own initiative and team playerExcellent time-management skills and ability to work on more than one project at a timeProficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointAbility to assist and support others and cope well under pressureDue to the high volume of candidates, please be advised that only candidates selected to interview will be contacted by The Carlyle Group.Company InformationThe Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) is a global investment firm with $477 billion of assets under management, across 678 investment vehicles as of December 31, 2025.
